"we got our bid from them and they also gave us an estimate. I don't remember the estimate it is out of my head. But their estimate was reasonable. We actually got three quotes to decide, but after getting the quotes we thought it was not in our budget to do. The three people that came to give us their bids, they seemed least interested in the project. My wife and myself have been working on the budget and I'm going to call them again for sure."

First, all inspection rates were listed right there on their website (listed in matrix form by size of house and age of house). I like seeing fixed rates like that. Sure enough, the amount shown on the website is was what I ended up paying.
Steve responded to my inquiry on the same day and I was able to book an appointment with him a few days later. He showed up on time and did a very good job inspecting the house. He spent more than three hours going everywhere and did a thorough job. Very knowledgeable with lots of experience and it shows. The report was well done and very useful.
