"Alex provided a very fair quote. We had no idea what the state of the wood under our carpet (and layers of tile) would be, but Alex made it look brand new. It had lots of big nails in it and sections were missing planks. He's very talented and was also great at communicating with us as the project unfolded and there were choices for us to make.
