"Mel is AWESOME! I had him redo my entry, kitchen and dining rooms recently and his price was competitive if not better than most I received. His assistant was sick when he did my job so it was just Mel. Two days, he sanded everything down and filled. Then resanded that all down and did 3 or 4 coats of a water based. So no bad smells, the sand dust was quite minimal. And my floors were all stained and split before, including a really hard stain near the stove he got out. The finish was a beautiful subtle golden red and I am super pleased with his work. I’m recommending him to my partner as well who’s doing floor work this winter."
