"I had used TE certified in past for their electrical work so I was already familiar with the excellent service. This was my first experience with their Heating and cooling branch. I needed a new unit. Brent came over and explained in a lot of detail what I needed and was approachable and did not place any undue pressure. As it turned out, TE was the 1st quote of 3 that I received (the 2nd quote came from another Angie's List highly rated company) . TE ended up being the best value and I didn't feel that they pushed any agenda or unnecessary equipment. In terms of the install day, Oswaldo and Steven came on time and finished exactly as they said they would. It took most of the day. They were quiet and professional. They explained what they were doing and I felt they took real care to consider the house and its need as they decided how to put the plate of the thermostat on and how to place the outside unit. I was very pleased with the process and would highly recommend them."

I have experienced enough false advertisement in my adulthood for 3 lifetimes. This is why I would not leave a review I do not believe to represent fairness and accuracy. They were the absolute best by far. Fair and reasonable. To my surprise the owner Keith was also very kind, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My AC went out on Thursday, August 27th. I first made the mistake of going through my home warranty AHS, and quickly realized that if I did not take it into my own hands I would be without AC for a month. I contacted AAA on 9/1 and had my AC installed by 9/3. The install was seamless. I couldnâ t be happier. I tried the other big companies for quotes and my experience was terrible. I have already referred AAA to friends. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do because they are happy helping you. This is that type of company. "Starting with my salesman Stan, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient through an easy installation and then my plumbing Overview by Blake who was extremely thorough it has been great working with this company. Blake even noticed that my recent water heater installation by another company was not up to code so I had to call them to come back. He even went so far as to email me information that I could share with the other company to make sure they change the errors. Whether you need AC or plumbing this is a great company."

"Outstanding company of real professionals. Work performed: 1. All power receptacles and switches were upgraded (new parts replaced old, wornout parts). 2. Assembled and install two (2) new customer supplied ceiling fans . 3. Provided and installed new 15A convenience 0utlet. 4. Provided and installed single pole 15A/20A arc fault breaker I have an eye for detail. Minor discrepancies leap out to me as well as minor work done well. Perhaps, twenty-two years in the military created this effect upon me. Sometimes it's a blessing and sometimes a curse as I find myself unable to accept minor, shoddy work. Example: All of the screws to the new face plates for receptacles and switches were oriented with the screwdriver slots in the vertical position. This was not done by chance by the team's three electricians but by their attention to detail and uniformity. If the small things are done perfectly, I feel it is safe to assume that all of the larger work is too. I have four more electrical projects to be accomplished and TE Certified Electricians will be my "go-to" company for these activities. I highly recommend TE Certified Electricians for your electrical projects."

They had a rare HVAC unit in stock and made time to install ASAP due to extreme heat outside and a young child. Jacki was not only empathetic, but was able to obtain the permits needed and the install was scheduled the next day! They arrived on time and everything went smooth.
