The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Zack verified the system I was having installed. They laid down traps on the stairs and down the hall. After they had completed the installation, he showed me the new unit and explained what they have installed. Zack explained the new thermostats installed and they cleaned up before leaving.
