"Devon and Casey were great, came out and took some measurements and were back within a few days to put the caps on. Unfortunately, the measurements were a bit off for one of the caps and they had to remanufacture it before they could install it. The guys were really awesome and came out on a Saturday so that the cap was installed before Tropical Storm Irma came through. They also took pictures of the installation so that I could see the work they did. Unfortunately for me, I found a few leaks along the chimney, post storm and at first I was concerned that maybe the flashing was damaged during the pan installation. Steve and the guys listen to my concerns and came back out to reinspect everything, which I really appreciated. They were completely willing to step up and take responsibility. Bad news for me was that the flashing wasn't properly sealed around the metal roof, Good news for them was that they did everything right. I would totally recommend these guys and if I have any more chimney needs, they'll be the first I call."

"Truly Excellent Experience!!! Most every homeowner dreads the inevitable day of needing to fix or replace a roof. And lets face it, the day rarely comes without a catalyst, like either water coming into your home or some huge hail storm landing golf balls all over your house. For anyone who has experienced a significant hail event, you know that those golf balls hitting, didn't do anything good. I mention hail events because we learned quickly just how complicated they can be, especially as it relates to insurance claims. After a large hail event in our area, there were literally dozens of roofing companies canvassing the neighborhood for business. Lets just say that some of these representatives, while likely well intentioned, were out of their depth on some very significant details as it related to hail events. While it is well beyond the scope of this review to share every single event or step that was required to complete this process, let me share that without the professional guidance of Greg Ginaven and Dr. Roof - we would have been up the creek without a paddle. And I should add that this process took months, not weeks or days. It was very laborious and required a steady professional hand. Greg provided that key assistance. These ranged from knowledge of the need for code driven improvements to working to find appropriate colors that fit within HOA's with very picky architectural covenants. Once all was greenlit for actual roof replacement, the rest of the team shined bright as well. From responsive coordinators to a terrific onsite QA inspector to the team of professional installers. Our roof was extremely high pitched and very high off the ground. The landscaping surrounding the house was new and extensive. The team was highly conscientious to place extensive tarping to cover and protect the landscaping and face of the house. This crew worked incredibly hard. They began each day at the crack of dawn and were there until twilight. We didn't mind because they were trying to complete the job to beat bad weather that came into the forecast. As one who has had a few roofs put on homes over my lifetime, the attention to detail with this team was the highest level. I watched them labor over details that would never have been seen by someone on the ground. This project took a total of four days. It easily would have taken more by mere mortals. And it would have probably taken 2 or 3 for any firm that didn't meticulously attend to the important details. They sub contracted the installation of copper barrel dormers. While the work done by the sub contractors looks great, there was just such a difference in the TLC and professionalism of some of the staff that they don't manage directly. I shared this with them and they responded instantly. Hard to ask for more. When the project was completed, they were incredibly thorough in doing Quality Assurance to make sure all was perfect after the hustle and bustle of completion. Mercedes, Lexus and BMW are brands that have pretty strong reputations for quality and service. Well let it be said, that based on this experience, Dr. Roof meets or exceeds the Mercedes, Lexus, BMW standard. I recommend them to my friends and family and would not even think a second about who I would use for a roof issue in the future. They earned my customer loyalty by doing a great job. I hope this review might help someone who is looking for a great roofing contractor. And just one more thing. While ordinarily it would be extremely advisable to get multiple bids on any large price home improvement project. Interestingly, because so much roof work is done under the watchful eye of insurance companies, the pricing for this work is essentially hard wired. Now this doesn't mean that there can't be some negotiation on net profit factors (which can influence pricing) but there really shouldn't be massive differences in pricing from highly reputable firms that do it right and stand behind the work. This is only to suggest that you will ultimately get pretty close to what you pay for. And Dr. Roof will work with you. Highest recommendation."
