"The installation of the walk-in shower was done in a very timely and professional manner."

"Julian and his crew were professional, highly skilled contractors. I am so pleased with every aspect of the work he did for us. Our original request was for a complete bathroom remodel as I had broken my leg and wanted a walk-in shower with no lip. He was fully prepared to do this job and had many pictures of numerous jobs he had already completed. He does beautiful work. We elected not to go through with the big job and decided upon replacing the flooring in our two bathrooms. He was very happy to do the smaller job even though we had started with the remodel request and did not complain about the fact we had found a more economical way to accommodate my leg. I have already hired him for two separate jobs which he has completed beautifully. I will definitely call him for any other repair jobs we may need, large or small."

"This is the second time i have used their services to remodel. In 2015 I bought a 2nd story condo in Orlando. I hired Geoff and his team to remodel it for me while i went back to Arizona to sell my house. I was so pleased with what they accomplished, i hired them again in 2021 when i moved into my Kissimmee 3/2 house. I was pleased with their innovative ideas, work ethic and their ability to listen to MY REQUESTS. It, however, took more time to complete because there were some setbacks during "COVID time" (getting supplies, parts, and laborers). The crew were all professional, caring, respectable, responsible and trustworthy individuals."

"Ran a little behind schedule due to heavy work load after storm. They kept me informed several times and still finished the project in a timely manner..Would definitely use their services in the future"

"They did what the said they would do. The installer’s were very good at what they do. Cant say enough of how professional they were. They stayed late and went the extra mile."

"I contacted Drain Genie late at night and received a response immediately when they opened. They were able to accomadate a fair price and time, which resulted in a wait time of maybe 1.5 hr. The technician Paul was amazing to work with. He is punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all served our country in the US Navy. He took his time to stop and explain all details pertaining to the repair, helping to place any/all worries at ease. I am super thankful. Also, knowing that Drain Genie has employed a person of Paul's stature, warrants a recommendation to anyone I know who is seeking a reliable plumber."

"When looking to remodel my master bathroom we came across Bill's name and were impressed with the reviews he received. Having obtained several estimates, we decided to use Bill given the positive reviews and very competitive estimate he submitted for the remodel. Bill was very professional and helpful throughout the project. He provided very good ideas on the type of tile we should use for the shower, lighting, and how best to utilize the space. Bill also provided assistance throughout the project by picking up needed materials and returning any unused materials we had purchased on our own. During the work, Bill would keep the work areas clean whenever he would leave. Bill's quality of work and attention to detail is top notch. Bill did not rush through his work and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with all aspects of the remodel. Bill's work exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with how the bathroom remodel looks. One final note, we have had a number of other contractors out to provide estimates on work that Bill does not perform (e.g., glass shower enclosures). Every contractor that has seen the bathroom has complimented us on the quality of tile work Bill completed. These are people that see tile/shower work everyday, and they were impressed even one saying -" I wish I had your tile guy on every job I did"."
