"I recently bought a house in December and had a leak in my bedroom ceiling during the winter. I had 5 estimates from various and well known roofing companies in the area. Qualified builders beat them all. I usually don't go with the cheapest bid but I have a friend who lives in a upper end subdivision in Grand Blanc and used them and was very satisfied with their professionalism and work. I unfortunately had to have a complete tear down of the whole roof.....holes, missing shingels. Every company that came out said the same thing with many different and rising prices. I have a large home with over 3200 sq. feet of roof. Qualified started on a Wednesday and ended on Thursday. Many men working on the job got it done quick with very little mess. I was very impressed.They cleaned up any debri that blew into the other neighbors yard quickly and left my home looking clean and debri free. The roof looks great. They even replaced a downspout on the upper level of the house without charging any extra. Carl the owner was always very polite and kept me informed of the progress. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a minute. My daughters are going to use them too."

"randy does a great job and i totally trust him in everything.in my bedroom he put moldings on my vaulted ceiling and drywalled one wall.he gutted my kitchen and put in the cabinets plus minor plumbing.my moms kitchen was gutted plus drywall put on all walls and ceiling as well as a closet built for her washer and dryer and laminate flooring put in.and my sons kitchen and daughters kitchen cabinets were already taken out so he just had to do some drywall and install cabinets that look great! he also has a computer program that uses to design the kitchens.i totally trust him in all he does."

"They delivered all the shingles a couple days before they started. When they were working, they had a dumpster flush up to the house for all old removed roof materials. Nothing was hitting the ground like I have seen at other roofing jobs, where shingles were all thrown to the ground. Nothing like that happened. Everything went into the dumpster. They finished in two days, we do not have a complicated roof with extra seams and dormers,etc. but we had problems with the wood underneath. They repaired all wood problems, replacing with new wood.  They tore off roofing from house and attached garage, fixed vents with better ones. Installed new drip edge on gables, ice and watershield installed, synthetic felt installed, new flashing and vents repaired, installed new ridge vent and new ridge cap.  We are very pleased with everything. <br />"
