"Office was very prompt in returning my message to set up an appointment, with an appointment available same day 2-4pm. Technician called to see if he could come early, which worked better for me as well. He arrived within the time frame he said, gave me options for the replacement and answered questions I had. Got to work immediately and completed the replacement (including removal of iDrive system and components, which had a completely different spring mechanism) in a timely manner. Upon completion, he cleaned up the work area well and showed me how to use the basic functions of the new opener. Very happy with the service and the product thus far."
