This is a company that not only answers their phone, but is happy to answer your questions and is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. When they had something to check on, they got back to you in a timely manner. Their crew who did the installation arrived in the timeframe we were promised, and they were also friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Another reason we liked using them for our roof project is they were able to replace a faulty gutter and a broken piece of siding hanging down on the roof, precluding us from having to find someone else to do that. We will be calling American Craftsmen when we want to replace our siding and windows. They take pride in how they do things, and it’s easy to see why they have so many great reviews. Ray Bullock roofing provided excellent service in installing the metal roof on my house and storage shed.  There were 6 very professional and courteous workers who were here on time and worked continuously until the job was finished.  The workers were friendly and very pleasant.  The work and clean up was excellent.  Wasn't sure of the color we wanted and Mr. Bullock recommended a color which looks really nice on the house and shed.  It has rained hard a couple of times since the installation and so far have found no damage or leaks.  Mr. Bullock came out the next day to see how well we liked the new metal roof and take some pictures.  Mr. Bullock also called on 9/7/2015 just to see if there were any problems and to check to see if everything ok.  I would hire this company again and recommend him to everyone.  Again, Ray Bullock Roofing did an excellent job and the house and shed looks really nice.
