"We have a flat EPDM roof over our family room that had a leak and was nearing the end of its effective life. In speaking with several companies, we learned that only some of them make repairs to EPDM roofs and fewer companies actually replace them. We chose American Craftsmen and could not have been happier with their service. This is a company that not only answers their phone, but is happy to answer your questions and is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. When they had something to check on, they got back to you in a timely manner. Their crew who did the installation arrived in the timeframe we were promised, and they were also friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Another reason we liked using them for our roof project is they were able to replace a faulty gutter and a broken piece of siding hanging down on the roof, precluding us from having to find someone else to do that. We will be calling American Craftsmen when we want to replace our siding and windows. They take pride in how they do things, and it’s easy to see why they have so many great reviews. "We had a set of three projects, as follows: Replacement of Masonite siding with Hardieboard. Gutters replaced with Gutter Guard. Excellent execution. Minor issues corrected on-the-spot. Deck repair and refinishing. Needed to be right, plus no splatter on the new siding. Done perfectly. Roof shingles replaced with upgraded materials. We had a flu sweep through the crew. Storms impacted the schedule, and we insisted that the roofers take no chances with slippery conditions and lightning. A few issues resulted from these nature-sourced interruptions. However, the project manager kept us in-the-loop, and through his efforts and that of the owner, Mike, all issues were addressed, excellently. Costs reflect all three phases."

"Great job. Very professional. I could tell he really cared about his job and took pride in the work he did. He gave me a fair price that was less than half of what another company quoted and even found a couple more shingles that needed to be fixed and fixed those at no extra charge. I will definitely hire him again if I need any roof repairs in the future."

"Our roof looks like new. You will need to check to make sure they spray your windows with water to ensure any deposits as a result of the roof cleaning are removed."

"Ray sent out Bradley and Mike to do the roof repair and they went straight to it, continuous work until completion. The work and the clean up was impeccable. Completely satisfied!

"They replaced the entire roof in one day! And cleaned up well."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"The roofing & siding were done in a timely manner.  The service Dept was outstanding and answered all questions."

"From the first moment Christian Gladwell, 0peration Manager, came to inspect the roof unil the last minute of the job, everything went like strategic clockwork. He was highly organized from the Work Order he presented to us on the onset of the job until the Completion Certificate at the end of the job. He actually finished ahead of the projected time. We are highly pleased and thankful for the fantastic, wonderful job that Christian and his crew exemplified."
