"Follow-up on a prior visit. I noticed a loose shingle yesterday being blown by the wind. I called Storm Phillips, he agreed to check on it on Sunday afternoon. Arrived on time, got started immediately, double-secured the loose shingle (tar and silicon) and checked others around it, replaced ones needing it, at NO CHARGE because I had used him in 2013 to do a thorough roof-shingle check and repair. "Robert contacted me almost immediately on Angie's list to set up an appointment to measure the windows.  We set up the meeting for the follwoing week, and took measurements.  He set up a follow-up appointment to have his team that does the work verify the measurements from the outside of the house, to ensure there were no surprises.  Robert did not pressure us into trying to do work on additional windows or other work on the house at this time, which I had experienced with other quotes I had received.  He then ordered the windows, and although I needed to follow-up to ensure what date the windows would be available, he was always able to take my call and got back to me quickly. 
Yesterday the windows were installed.  Bill came and did the work by himself in 2 hours.  I was amazed that he was able to knock out the old windows and secure the new windows on his own.  You would never know he had done any work around the framing as there was NO DAMAGE to any of the sheetrock surrounding the windows.  Wow. Bill then reviewed how to use the tilt in feature to be able to clean them.  We are thrilled.  We would definitely use Associated Home Design again, and I have already recommended them to a friend of mine.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."
