"<p>Totally professional from start to finish including follow-up.  Initially got an estimate from JD via his website.  Estimate was higher than other companies but based on reviews decided to get firm dollar amount.  JD promptly showed up on our agreed to time and date.  He explained the entire process for coating the garage floor along with answering all my questions.  The samples he brought helped with finalizing the base coat and chip color selection.  His firm dollar amount was reasonable close to his initial estimate.  He provided me open days he could coat the floor.  I told him I would get back with him to finalize things since we had not closed on the house yet.  When I was able to get back with JD stated he was booked until the end of Dec.  I expressed I wanted it done sooner and that I wanted him to coat my floor.  He said let me see what I can do.  JD called back later that day and told me they could do it sooner and worked with me on a date that worked best for me.  Once again he and his crewed promptly showed up on the dates to start and complete job.  JD explained again each step as they were coating the floor.  He and his crew were extremely polite and friendly.  The floor was finished with no issues or concerns on my part.  My floor has been coated for about one month and continues to look fantastic!  I have received numerous complements on how nice the floor looks.  JD even came by to fix a problem we created after the floor was completed for no charge.  What more can you asked for - superior customer service.  Custom Garage Works was the most expense but the quality of work and professionalism totally offset the price difference.  I would highly recommend them for coating your garage floor.</p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <p>- Ricky C., Midlothian, TX</p> <br />"
