"We just moved in to this house and wanted to make sure the AC was running smoothly. I called At Your Service and they were able to send someone out that same day. The technician checked things over and found one of the fan blades had a crack. The new blade was ordered and then installed the following week. Everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I appreciate their prompt and professional service and will use At Your Service in the future."

"I needed to replace a central A/C unit and requested quotes from several contractors. Paul at Polar Bear was very quick to respond and to come out and provide a quote. His quote was significantly lower than all of the other quotes that I received. When I called the other contractors back to let them know that their quote was significantly higher than the best quote that I got, they adjusted their quotes and still were significantly more expensive than Polar Bear. Installation was done promptly, just in time for a heat wave. Overall very satisfied."

He explained what the issue was (in a way that I could understand) and he gave me options. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. Since it was a Saturday night, we didnâ t expect anything until the next week. However he was able to temporarily get us cooling for the night and they were able to have the on call crew install the new unit Sunday morning! "Their team installed my new AC for my family in Winter Garden FL and did a great job. Was efficient, clean, and super courteous. I had some questions about pricing and scheduling since we had never replaced a unit before and the manager was willing to talk me through the whole process with transparency. And the best part is my babies are able to sleep peacefully upstairs in their cool rooms!"

"I hired them for a central AC install and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Very professional. Showed up on schedule, communicated clearly, and worked neatly. What stood out most was their knowledge: they walked me through the options, explained what they were doing and why, and made sure everything was set up correctly before leaving. The system is running great and the workmanship looks top notch."

"We use them for yearly maintenance and are generally happy with their service. They gave us a competitive price, weren't the lowest or the highest, but they were honest and held their numbers. I was surprised how quickly they were able to do the installation."
