" Both my washer and dryer went out on the same day. Incredible. I spoke with Allan Brown of Cold Appliance to get things fixed. All I can say is Mr Brown should be called MR Gold because that's the sort of service he provided. He found the trouble with the washer in about 5 minutes and suggested we test the trouble with the dryer by disconnecting the vent, That didn't work so he returned and diagnosed the dryer trouble very quickly as well. He advised us that it was best to purchase a new dryer.  ( The old one was in  place when we bought the house seven years ago). He even suggested a no-frills brand.
   As a service to his customers, he has prepared a booklet on helpful maintenance tips for various appliances.

I had J&B delivery solutions come the next day on Saturday to troubleshoot the dryer. He found the problem very quick. He returned Monday morning with the parts needed for repair and completed the job. Very fast and professional. Good price for great service. I will call J&B for all my future home repairs."
