The job was to repair a floor that had been flooded back in March. He and his partner took out the floor and the wall where the waterheater was located. "The job took approximately 4-5 months.  Had Kevin and his assistant come daily from 8-5 as stated, it would not have taken so long.  I understand that he was also doing other jobs, and there were personal issues with child care and family,  but I expected a more professional presence.  He would not show for several days in a row and I would not hear anything from him as to whether he was coming back to finish or not.  He would work odd hours, come late and leave early.  I liked Kevin and would have worked with him about the hours, if he would have contacted me, but he didn't.  I can not recommend him.  Maybe he was in over his head, and if so, he should have said something."
