Jonathon was very informative and came over the same day to give me a quote . I had talked to other companies and I didnâ t feel like the quality was going to match the price that they quoted, but with Premier I felt they were honest about what we needed and were ready to do what was necessary to get the job done. On the day of install , which only took two days to finish!, the Premier team showed up and weâ re ready to work. Everyone was polite and looked professional . The workmanship was top notch. And when it was all installed and time to fire it up , it worked flawlessly . All in all I would highly recommend Premier Heating and Air for any upcoming projects . "I received 5 estimates for Central AC & Furnace. Charles Sullivan was the person that came out to give me the estimate, this was to be the 5th of the day and I called their office to cancel because I didnâ t want to wait 2 hours and talk to another person! The rep on the phone said Charles will be there in 15 minutes and I changed my mind and had him come over. I am so glad I did, he was not the least expensive, he was the most sincere, informative sales rep and I just got a great feeling about him. The contract was signed, I had been without AC for a couple weeks in July, triple digits and I was dying.
