The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. "Overall: I would say a "B" because i'm still missing that piece. They should have followed up, because thats what they'd said they were going to do. I didn't go around really pricing other places, I've used Red-Lilly before and they've done good work with me, so, thats the main reason- I called RedLilly mainly and wound up wit Plotke side answering, and they said they are together now. I guess Plotke is now buying out RedLilly. So it doesn't matter which one you call these days. The work was, I think, well done. They are just sometimes not careful with a persons property, I would say. From this and from other occasions. They should put a cloth down or something like that, be careful, Remember to apply a cloth on a fixture before you apply the pliers on it so as not to scratch. They didn't clean up well after themselves. He showed up unannounced early. So he was supposed to show up like at about 10 O'clock in the morning instead he showed up like at 8:30 in the morning. So I was like " You are supposed to be here later, I'm not ready for you yet." I had things to do that morning. In the future, it depends on what the problem is, it depends; is there a special going on, on something that I need , that I can get on Angie's List. It depends. Other times they have done really well but now that they are merging with the other company it's not as good as it used to be. To improve there service: Follow through and cleaning up after themselves. Friendly staff"
