"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I have an old dryer that stopped spinning so I called Fix Time and I was lucky to have them come out the same day. Denis worked on it and gave it a good cleaning while he had it open and proceeded to fix it. The service was friendly and very professional. "Kevin was the first to respond and was very patient with all of my questions. He was very efficient, courteous and honest. The quote he charged me was the price I paid. He came on Sunday to inspect my fridge and the fan had died. Though he didn’t have the part on hand, he was (thankfully) able to find it the next morning and installed it very quickly and my fridge is up and running again! Highly recommend this appliance repair company!"

"Excellent Service — Highly Recommend Eric! I had a great experience with Eric from E.A.R.S. Certified Appliance Diagnostic and Repair. He arrived right on time and was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Eric diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, what caused the problem, and exactly what needs to be done to repair it. I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment or leave me wondering what was going on. What stood out most was his honesty and reasonable pricing. It's refreshing to find someone who provides quality service without trying to overcharge or recommend unnecessary work. I would definitely use Eric again and highly recommend him to anyone needing an honest, dependable and professional appliance repair technician. Thank you, Eric, for the excellent service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
