The owner went out his way to make sure my family understood the scope of the job and was happy with the work. He has a wealth of knowledge about how to care for the refinished floors and helped us secure materials to move our piano back in place without damaging the newly refinished floors. "Poor quality work and unprofessional. I had hired William in July 2025 to repair my bathroom shower stall tile flooring as they were coming off the floors. He replaced all the tiles but after a few months the grout from the tiles started to break and the tiles seem to be coming off the floors again. I called him to get it repaired but he kept giving excuses and stopped responding after a couple of phone calls. I do not recommend this business. "
