"They're really good, he's pretty expensive but he's reliable, and does really good work. He really took time in looking at all areas of drywall that I needed, the only thing is he's expensive and as long as I keep calling him, he is good. He did a good work and the only hard part was that I have to kinda keep on him, most of the time he was here but sometimes he's late."

John converted a bathroom into a laundry/work room that I wanted to be both useful and functional, but also attractive. The project was slightly more complicated than it may sound, because I wanted the plumbing connections maintained but hidden in the event that a future owner wants an additional bathroom again. In the middle of the project, the Santa Fe monsoon season began and we discovered a fairly significant roof leak. John dropped everything, examined the leak, obtained the parts for what turned out to be an incorrectly installed skylight, and fixed it. He also identified and advised on some other items that needed attention in our newly purchased home. Even with the extra work, John came in slightly under budget."
