Daniel, came over the same day I called, evaluated the problem, then sent his crew in to deconstruct the vanity, and see the vast accumulation of Mold behind the vanity. I asked Daniel, why I had no idea this was happening, and how long the leak was active to create this enormous amount of mold? He said, it had to be happening over a long period of time, and leaking continuously, but was too small to cause any immediate awareness. Bottom Line: The crew set up a containment barrier, between my bathroom and bedroom, exhausting any dangerous mold spores, out of my bedroom window, as they were removing everything that was affected. His crew had to rip out my vanity, (which was trashed), remove the contaminated sheetrock on my and my husband's common wall, then thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected every square inch of Mold bearing surface. By the time they finished, it looked like new construction! A new vanity was located and installed, along with new sheetrock, matched paint, and texturing. I was so happy that I found Evolving Concepts, LLC, through the Angi's website, that I would most certainly use them again, if at all necessary. KUDOS, to Daniel, and his crew, for creating my five ☆☆☆☆☆ bathroom! Whew!"
