"Johnny and his team did a wonderful job for us! Very pleased with their service and professionalism. Overall very satisfied with the work. Construction is a difficult task, especially with remodels. There are always unknowns and sometimes surprises. Johnny was very fair and upfront on potential unknowns and we discussed a plan to work through them. If they make a mistake on the project, they made it right... no question. If I wanted to make a change, they did it. If there was a cost impact to the project from my change we talked about it, got a price on it and moved ahead. They were always very accommodating and helpful with ideas. "Building during covid and hurricane threats are experiences in themselves. Isaac from ISC Construction was only a phone call away at any time. Building comes with a lot of ins and outs and we always found reasonable back up plans during the problematic times. Mostly due to hurricane building requirements. Make sure you get your pricing locked down and expect the 15-20% extra costs at the end for building as we did. One thing I wished he had would be a building supervisor. The property was far enough to be an issue when certain contractors were there. Maybe he’ll hire me !! A big plus is that he is bilingual and can communicate with the workers. This helped tremendously. The build itself is amazing. We love our house. He helped us find the lot and build! He always says he’s a one-man shop! Ha!"

"Do not hire this company they are scammers, look online for court cases against them. Search in Denton, Collin, Harris, Dallas counties Look at their reviews they are all in the same months directly after they get a bad review boom they post a bunch in the same month. This is a one person company and they aren?t working multiple jobs. "FMI CONSTRUCTION DESERVES A FIVE STAR RATING ON MY WALK IN BATH PROJECT. THEIR CRAFTSMEN DEMOLISHED THE SHOWER/TUB IN ONE DAY REPAIRNG LEAK DAMAGED THE TERRAZO TILE FLOORS WERE REMOVED THEN NEW PORCELAIN INSTALLED A PLYWOOD SUB FLOOR WAS REPAIRED UNDER MY UPSTAIRS FLOOR VERY PLEASED WITH OUR RESULTS. THEY KNOW HOW TO HANDLE TOUGH INSURANCE COMPANY TOO! JERRY NORMAN"

"DE Flooring has been our go to general contractor for 3 separate projects in the past 15 years. 1st project was to replace all the kitchen countertops/bars & niches’ ledges with a beautiful veined high end granite. 2nd was a shower enlargement and installation gorgeous slab marble to the shower, separate tub surround and double vanity. The scope of the work also included to close up a wall and add an arched built in to our master bedroom. All the work was superior quality, it became even more apparent when after an unpreventable illness this awesome shower had to be replace to accommodate a zero entrance ledge and a wheelchair entry, hence another complete remodel. In the process of this 3rd project remodel it was easy to see behind all the walls and 10 years later not a drop of water had leaked or penetrated the original install. It was so tight it was difficult to take it down. I am confident this second remodel of the bathroom will be just as well done as the first. We also chose to replace the master suite carpeting which gives quite an uplift to the rooms. The owner comes by and double checks on the progress daily, instructs his crews and speaks to us. He never has dismissed our inquiries no matter what adversity could be lurking in his personal life. His subs are all professional, friendly and extremely respectful at all times. This is also a reflection of the leadership. You cannot go wrong by engaging this company to do your construction. If a mistake happens it will be rectified immediately with no argument as well. Mr. Abdoul will personally get it done."

"I engaged CFP Remodeling & Construction (out of Pearland) for landscaping services at my East End property, which included installing approximately 165 sq feet of St. Augustine sod. Shortly after installation, I observed that a significant portion of the sod was not healthy. I reached out to Jessenya Akerman at CFP Remodeling & Construction, who indicated they would inspect the issue. Despite several delays, Ms. Akerman suggested that increased watering might resolve the problem. After spending $90 on additional watering, the sod remained in poor condition. I contacted Ms. Akerman again; although assurances were made about revisiting, no follow-up occurred. Eventually, I received an email explaining that personal circumstances had caused the delays and promising efforts to rectify the situation. However, subsequent correspondence stated that the company considered the installation complete and did not plan further action. Based on my experience, I found communication inconsistent, scheduling unstructured, and customer service lacking in follow-through. Therefore, I am unable to recommend CFP Remodeling & Construction and would advise considering other reputable landscaping providers on the island for your home improvement needs."
