"I have used Mike's Computer Repair for several years now, and have always been extremely satisfied. Mike is very trustworthy so I never have to worry about turning over "control" of my computer to him. I have called on Mike numerous times when I mess up something on the computer and he quickly takes care of my mistakes and doesn't act like I'm an idiot. I highly recommend using Mike."

"Garry called me exactly at the time we agreed upon. We discussed all my concerns and agreed that I would leave the error messages open for him to see once he could connect to my computer remotely. Once he connected to my laptop, he got to work and we hung up the phone. I was able to accomplish other things while Garry worked on my computer. When he finished, he called me back and showed me how there were no longer any error messages and Outlook was no longer asking if I wanted to compress my email messages. Not only did he get rid of all the error messages so my laptop could load faster but he downloaded a Malware program to protect my laptop, checked on the Internet speed and answered all my questions. He assured me of some concerns I had such whether or not I had enough remaining memory and whether I needed to try to correct a program that came with the computer and was no longer working. In fact, he asked me a few questions: whether or not I was getting error messages while working in a program for example, so he could determine if I may have any additional problems I forgot to mention or may come up at a later time I imagine. Garry was pleasant and friendly the whole time of our interaction and had a professional demeanor that gave me confidence. Sometimes I can get chatty which I imagine is annoying to others and takes work time away. But if Garry was annoyed (I wouldn't blame him!) he never let it show in his voice. He was always calm and professional. My laptop no longer has any error messages and loads faster. I am looking forward to using it without feeling a lot of frustration."

"Mark is wonderful!!!  The first time he worked on my computer, it appeared to be okay but he told me to play with it for a couple of days and let him know how it went.  I discovered the problem was still there and he graciously offered to give it another try.  He spent an hour and a half the second time and was very patient.  He talked me through the process and he was able to figure out the problem.  Now my computer works like a dream!  If you need a repair, call Mark.  He's awesome and knows his stuff!!! <br />"

"Chris was excellent. I dropped off the computer on Wednesday; he responded by Monday. He explained what had happened - the motherboard had died. He was very clear about what happened and how much it would cost - and advised me that it probably was not worth it. (He was right!) He then answered a number of questions I had about how this might have happened, how to avoid it, and how to go about shopping for a new computer; this was all gratis, right over the phone, for no extra charge. This WAS like having a geek advise me - a polite, thoughtful, and understanding geek who was in no way pretentious or high-handed. My interaction with him has probably been the one high point of owning this otherwise incorrigible laptop. Thanks, guys!"

"I had just purchased a brand new Dell laptop because my existing laptop was fairly old and running very slow.  Once I got the new one up and running I found it was no faster than my old computer.  I began to suspect that when I transferred all my files from my old computer to my new one, I had inadvertently moved over some virus or corrupt files(s) that was causing my problem.  Alexander Technical Resources took control of my computer, remotely, and for about three or four hours ran a bazillion diagnostic programs searching for problems.  In the end he didn't really find anything of significance.  A few unnecessary files which he deleted but no viruses or other issues that would cause my computer to be slow.  The technician did say, however, he noticed I was running McAfee anti virus software.  It came already installed on my computer so I just kept it.  He further stated McAfee has a lot of stuff constantly running in the background on your computer as part of their security apparatus.  A number of people had reported they found this caused their computers to run slower and suggested I might try removing McAfee and installing another anti virus program and see if that helps.  I Googled McAfee removal tool, ran the program to remove McAfee and installed another anti virus program.  The result:  my computer seems to run a little faster without McAfee than it did with it.  Just as an aside, I also started using Mozilla as my internet browser instead of internet explorer 11 and that greatly increased my internet browsing speeds.  FYI. <br />"

"Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs. <br />"

"Took some time to find parts and then additional problems were discovered which required additional parts.  Overall very good service and reasonable in time taken to repair.  Diagnosis was quick.  One problem I had when computer was returned, it now says the Windows operating program is not genuine, and therefore, won't update or allow changes.  I can't reload, because I don't have the original disk.  Not sure if this is going to cause more problems in the future. <br />"

"I bought a $49 deal on Angie's list.  The gentleman called shortly after and set up an appointment for the next day.  He spent a hour or two tuning up the computer and when he finished the computer was much improved -- and still is.  I would recommend this service to anyone with a challenged computer. <br />"
