"I signed up for this $99 deal.  On Oct 21st I received a call from them and set up an appointment for Oct 26th at 12 noon.  She told me they would go on the roof and in the attic and do some maint then they would let me know what they found and what they did.  They didn't show up at 12:00 noon on Oct 26th so I called them shortly after 1:00 p.m. and was told they were coming at 3:00 p.m.  They didn't show up at 3:00 p.m.  They finally showed up at almost 5:00 p.m.  We were just about to have dinner when we heard noises on the roof and that's the only reason we knew they were there.  We waited to eat dinner thinking they needed to come in and talk go in the attic.  About 30-40 minutes later it got quiet so I looked out the window and they were already gone.  They never let us know they were there, they didn't check the attic and they didn't tell us what they found or what they did.  So I figured they would email me a report or contact me by phone but we still haven't heard from them. <br /> <br /> Here is a message I just sent to them on 11/13/2015. <br /> "We still have not heard from you as far as what was done, what was found or if there was any additional repairs that need to be done to our roof.  Your guys came to our house on October 26 but they only went on the roof for a while then they left without even talking with us.  Did they do anything?  What did we pay you $99 for?" <br /> <br /> *** Amber asked me to call her and we spoke and she is a very professional person.  She was concerned about the miscommunications, she apologized and she offered to refund my money.  I did receive a email with a description of what was done, what was found and some pictures but she still wanted to refund my money.  I received the check in the mail the other day.  Amber is great, her company is great and I will use them again in the future whenever I need repairs."

Complete refinishing of course took a little time and maintenance is done rather quickly. No inconvenience at all on maintenance ! We would use no one else for our doors !"
