Called and he said he would be out the next day. Four days later he showed up. I told him that I wanted an energy efficient water heater and that he seemed to carry a good line of rated heaters. He arrived with a unit that was at the max end of the scale, which I didn't see until he had already installed it. I was tired of heating water at the stove and bathing at the kitchen sink.

"Service provider showed up in the prescribed time. Found the leak from the faucet and fixed it within 10 minutes. I self installed the air gap under the sink and thought it was leaking from the pipe from it and the disposal.
Word to the wise; don't buy cheap faucets. This one will have to be replaced soon, as it has plastic and metal parts.
