"Paul Bennett is the best in the business. He is professional, personable and not just out to make money and sell you a system when the one you have is repairable. Hard to find the honesty and integrity this man conveys to his customers! He responds quickly and understands the needs of his customer. I had a 19 year old Bryant unit that clearly most services would insist they could Only replace. Paul quoted me the new system but gave me the option to repair it. With the budget I was on I was so grateful. I saved $8,000 and the system was repaired and up and running like brand new! I’ve moved to Nevada since and boy do I wish I could have brought Paul here! "I cannot say enough good things about penny's air conditioning. I came home from work Tuesday morning and much to my surprise.My thirteen year old air conditioning stop working. I submitted some information and Schedule same day appointment with penny's air conditioning. Juan replaced a small canister and my A.C was back cooling. The technician was a straight shooter didn't try to sell me anything extra, Price was reasonable the service was fast, juan was very polite and honest. I couldn't ask for anything more."

"Would give zero stars if possible! Larry Hoang at first presented himself as an honest, reasonable man and contractor but his actions have proven this very wrong. We have two major roof leaks that will cost us thousands of dollars to fix - caused by deficient solar panel installation. He refuses to repair them, despite three independent reports from other local licensed contractors indicating the roof damage was *directly* caused by the solar panel installation. We am currently filing a formal complaint with the California State Contractors Licensing Board in an effort to get him to respond, as we cannot even get our roof fixed until he agrees to remove the panels. We hired him specifically because we wanted to support local businesses - but we sincerely regret this decision. Buyer BEWARE! This is not an honorable businessman - nor business!"
