"Horne Heating and Air Conditioning performed a complete replacement of our heating and air conditioning system including duct work and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our first introduction to Horne was through comfort consultant CJ Lamarca. CJ did a thorough assessment of our current system and spent time with us learning what we wanted in a replacement system. He thoroughly explained the process and went into detail about how the heating, cooling and duct technology and products had changed since our original system was installed. His estimate was very thorough and he got back to me quickly to answer questions. Austin and Nick were the installers and treated our home as if it were their own...we really appreciated that. The install took two days and took place in early March. As the overnight temp after the first day was going to be in the upper 30s, Nick and Austin made sure to get enough of the duct system installed to provide heat to our bedroom and bathroom. The duct system looks great...these guys are true craftsmen. We couldn't be happier with our new system and our experience with Horne Heating and Air Conditioning."

"I want to thank Angie's List for helping me know about local companies and all their information, to make a clear choice. I called the company and talked to the lady in the office. She was really helpful and explained the differences in the systems, cost and answered other questions I had. She took her time with me and didn't 'talk down' to me but made me feel at ease and knowledgeable of the products. She said she'd have Mike, owner, come out to check the unit I was telling her about and answer any questions I had. He was right on time and was great to explain everything in terms I could understand. He checked the unit and told me what was wrong and my options. I never at any time feel pressured to have it repaired or buy a new unit. I had all the information I needed to decide, and I took overnight to decide. He put a new part in my old unit, to get it up and running. He said he'd leave it in place while I was deciding what I wanted to do - repair or replace. My unit was about 20 years old, and was at the time not working. He was very nice and thoughtful and never pushy or intimidating. When the unit was installed several days later, a new thermostat was also installed. I was given instructions on it and how to set it up with my computer and cell phone. The old unit, and all the mess involved in the installation, was cleaned up and hauled away. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Great job and the nicest people."

"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."
