"These guys are really good. I'm and Engineer with HVAC experience. This firm is professional, punctual, talented, and knowledgeable. The HVAC mechanic effectively trouble-shot some complex heating and cooling symptoms. He corrected major control system wiring mistakes that were made by a different HVAC firm that originally and incorrectly installed the system in our new home. The trouble shooting preformed was methodical and was performed in a manner that was appropriate and effective. The repairs were timely and cost effective. I highly recommend this firm."

"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy and do a professional job. Thank You Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo and all the office staff that assisted in keeping me comfortable in my home."

"Temco came in the cheapest out of close to 10 quotes, and their quote includes a water heater while some others didn't. The full install of two AC units was completed in two days in December of 2025 and I have had no issues since."

"Excellent, as always. Have been a customer of D&H for nearly 20 years. Everyone contacted from the office staff to the technicians are always courteous and professional. The most recent visit was Nov 5, 2019. Brandon was the technician. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. I was confused about an invoice I had which I thought was a receipt for installation of a part. Brandon was extremely patient in allowing me to present my opinion and then he very patiently explained that what I was looking at was an estimate, not an invoice for service. And he explained in detail the benefit of having the part installed. I authorized the installation of the part and he took care of it efficiently. Brandon displayed the kind of customer service we expect and appreciate, but in today's business climate is not always the case. "Matt is very meticulous and tested all parts of the system thoroughly. It was the first time I had a company test an A/C system where I felt the money was well-spent and that it would protect me for the cooling season. He spent well over an hour here going over everything. Matt's philosophy is that's it's often cheaper to repair and maintain equipment than to replace it. I agree with this approach. Matt noticed a refrigerant leak and found a couple of test valves that might have been the cause which he replaced. Also, replaced a run capacitor which was getting weak, and added 2 lbs of R-22. At the end I decided to sign up for a yearly service where he will come back in the fall to check the heating system. He provides free filters for the year with this service. He's professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and also a very nice guy! You won't go wrong with Matt."

"We have two heating/cooling units and each were about 30 years old. We had another company come out to service them and were told that they should be replaced. Thus began the search for a company to do the work. We got several bids, and once we got over the sticker shock, we called Perry. Perry's technician/salesman told us that the old units could, in fact, be serviced and we could continue to use them for awhile; however, we decided against this move because of their age and their inefficiency. We were offered several options at several prices and found them reasonable when compared to the other bids we received. Before we committed, we did an internet search and chose the units we felt were best for us. As the day for installation grew closer, we received a few phone calls and they determined that they would need to bring in a crane to place the units, but there was no extra charge for this. In addition, they removed a cooler that hadn't been used in years, and they fixed the duct work where it had been. You can't even tell we ever had an evaporative cooler. There was no extra charge for this, either. Once the units were installed the technician showed us how to work the new thermostats and set up the app on our phones. We have been delighted ever since. We are now cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Our bills have gone down and the systems are very quiet. Many of our friends have some kind of horror story about air conditioning, and ours is a fairy tale by comparison. We recommend Perry Heating and Cooling to everyone and will continue to do so."

"To say we were happy with Temperature-Control would be an understatement of the nth degree. We hire T-C to install a new, high-end Trane heat pump & air handler in our home. At every step they were professional & responsive. They showed up on time, sent pictures of all employees visiting our property, answered every question we asked and a few we hadn't thought of. The work was done on-time, everything was clean and neat and they checked in at many steps in the process to ensure we were happy and understood what was going on.
