"We hired AC Dave to install a heating & cooling unit, after using them for our old unit's maintenance for years. It was a unit that. went on the roof, so installation was no small task. They did a fantastic job, kept the area clean, were extremely courteous, and we felt like we were hiring family to help us out. They pulled all of the permits which cost extra of course, but it saved us the hassle of dealing with the city and handled the post work city inspections."

"They came quickly & receptionist Charlene was professional. Service tech (I believe his name was Dan or David), came & serviced both central AC units. There were some conflicts about charges & what their service agreements cover or don’t that he called the owner about that could’ve gone either way, but in the end they did good business & I signed up for their annual service plans - which was basically the same price as the one service call would’ve been... but gives us a winter tune up as well. Thankfully they honored. They gave estimates for additional jobs which were about 2x what they should’ve been... so we didn’t hire for anything else."

"Accommodating. Happy with our installation of an air conditioner."

"SoCal Climate Control finished installing a new central A/C condensor. They did great work, showed up exactly on time, did the job with no complaints and cleaned up after themselves. I can't compliment them more. Don't hesitate to use this firm"

"We recently had Central A/C installed throughout our home. We called up 72 Mechanical and they didnâ t disappoint. We were highly impressed with Alberto as he was very professional, knowledgeable about his craft, efficient, organized, tidy, honest and personable. "Dave was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to supply my quote before he left. I look forward to working with Southland heating and air. Follow up: I made my decision and signed the contract. Best decision I could have made. They were thousands of dollars less for the exact same equipment than 3 other companies I got estimates from. When challenged none of the other companies could revise their estimate to even come close. Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. I have attached a photo so you can see for yourself the way they carted for my home. The equipment works perfectly. I would hire this company again in a heart"

"We love this place. They have a better price than the dealership. They saved us a few hundred dollars. We like the staff. They had the car several days because they needed to get some parts."

"They did install the system for us so we have a type of warranty with it. They're clean and professional."
