There were some conflicts about charges & what their service agreements cover or don’t that he called the owner about that could’ve gone either way, but in the end they did good business & I signed up for their annual service plans - which was basically the same price as the one service call would’ve been... but gives us a winter tune up as well. Thankfully they honored. They gave estimates for additional jobs which were about 2x what they should’ve been... so we didn’t hire for anything else."

Charles Sullivan was the person that came out to give me the estimate, this was to be the 5th of the day and I called their office to cancel because I didnâ t want to wait 2 hours and talk to another person! The rep on the phone said Charles will be there in 15 minutes and I changed my mind and had him come over. I am so glad I did, he was not the least expensive, he was the most sincere, informative sales rep and I just got a great feeling about him. The contract was signed, I had been without AC for a couple weeks in July, triple digits and I was dying. I had to wait a week until the install date, but I have gained Charles Sullivan as a great friend and my AC is blowâ n like the wind. This was last summer and I just called for my bi- annual service which was done by Ryan Foley, very professional and in a timely manner. "Dave was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to supply my quote before he left. I look forward to working with Southland heating and air.
