We accepted FF's proposal in totality including the suggested upgrade, except for a middle or third rail. Anything missing from the scope of our job was not due to us turning it down. While installing the new gate, the workers got spray paint on the house (pic). Awkward transition from the gate to the connecting fence. The problem was fixed, see the before and after pic. They removed cinder blocks that were preventing soil erosion on the slope between my house and our neighbor's house with new boards. The new boards do were unsightly and do not prevent erosion."

"Job started on a Friday and extended into Monday due to difficulty of digging fence posts in rocky terrain. In addition, the gate ordered for the front was the wrong color. Later in the day, a new gate was fabricated and delivered but it was the wrong size. Unfortunately the job was not completed until Monday which meant we had no gate to secure our property over the weekend. Our job supervisor and his entire team were kind and professional. Would recommend even though there were some disappointing issues. No contractor is perfect every day."

"It went well for a project of its size. The kitchen remodel and patio replacement finished on schedule. There were issues both with the HOA and the City regarding the load-bearing wall, but Jade was able to guide the work through the proper channels. Isaac worked with a structural engineer to get the proper permitting and insurance information for the HOA. Jade also provided great referrals for the windows and flooring and they coordinated the work with the contractors. When I finally moved into the unit there were a few issues, but Jade had someone out the next morning (on a Saturday) to fix the most critical ones. Overall I was satisfied with the service and am happy to be living in my new place!"
