When it came to the installation, it was nice to know that they use their own crew, they do not subcontract out the work, so you know what you're going to get. On the day of installation, the sales person came also to ensure that we all understood what was going to happen. The install technicians, Tony and Sammy, took time to ensure that everything was done correctly and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs."

"Out of four estimates this was a personal experience mom and pop compared to large companies. I am sure there are strengths for all, but for me, I liked that the owner was part of the solution. As such, be took extra time, only when I asked, to explain things to me. It felt personal and more importantly, I felt like his teams work was going to be on par with what he would do in his own home. The result was probably more than I needed, as was explained, but with the owner taking the time, I bought a larger, more expensive system. That was a big step. Then came the uncertainty of the install. That's where the experience and confidence shined. Many choices all met with concern, humor and care. It is pretty rare for me, today, to feel good about service providers in my home. Mostly met with mixed results and disappointment. My opinion is that should never happen and if it does the exception rather than the fearful expectation. These folks are too notch. I would encourage you to meet Ryan, the owner and I hope you have the outstanding experience I had."

"Overall, it was excellent. Jerry (the owner) came out and was very straight forward as to what needs to be done. Price (compared to 6 other companies) could not be beat. Work was scheduled reasonably quickly and went smoothly. Problems were discovered after installation and when made aware, Jerry and his crew made sincere efforts to set it right – and were able to solve the issues in couple of visits. "I was very frustrated looking for an electrician when mine retired. I actually made appointments with 3 different electricians and none of them followed through. "My experience was that I was truly dealing with professionals. My neighbor called them to work on their system and they were so satisfied they recommended we give them a try. That turned out to be a good idea. Background: I had called a different company when my heater would not turn on. The OTHER company sold me an $800 inducer motor and said I needed to have the exhaust stack rebuilt ($2,000). Well, the motor didn't fix the problem, and I said no to the quote. I also never answered their calls again. The folks at Straight Shooter were all professionals, from the rep who initially looked at my furnace to the two fellas who came to install a new furnace a mine was hitting the twelve-year mark. At no time did I ever think they were trying to fool me or 'reel me in', so to speak. When the ceiling had to be cut and opened up to get the old unit out (in pieces even) I could ee that no one was happy about it but, the ceiling was opened and the old unit removed. That wasn't remarkable. Not"
