"I called Blue Orca Appliance Repair because my LG gas dryer was not heating. Artem, the technician, arrived on time as promised. He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. He replaced my faulty thermostats and completely vacuumed and cleaned out the interior of the dryer before re-installing the drum and putting everything back together. He told me to call if there were any issues with the repair. Artem was very polite and competent and did not leave any messes . After various loads of laundry, the dryer is working great. "I called John shortly before I purchased appliances for my newly re-modeled kitchen. I was afraid installation may not be straight forward since the kitchen had a slightly different footprint than before. He asked me a lot of questions about the appliances I was purchasing, and also came out before they arrived and did an estimate for installation. I really appreciated that he took the time to review the specifics of my installation. because I was up against a tight deadline to get the dishwasher installed before the floor was finished, I let a big box retailer try to do the installation. When they got there, I was told I should not have had an outlet installed for the dishwasher, because it took up too much room. I wanted them to change the wall outlet to a hardwire connection. The big box retailer was not able to do any electrical, so they left me with the dishwasher and no installation. I called John, and he was a able to come out the same evening , after hours , and finished the installation of the dishwasher, and mircrowave. He was able to do the hardwire connection on the dishwasher that the big box retailer was not. The cost for installation was about the same, but well worth it. The big box retailers are not able to do any small adjustments to plumbing or electrical when needed, where is John is. I also had John come back and do some handyman work. He put a safety bracket on my stand alone electric range, installed vanity mirror, light, bathroom fixtures, fixed closet rollers. He was very good about making sure things were where I wanted them, and that they were level and centered. I was really relieved to have him come through and take care of the rest of the repairs I needed done to get my condo on the market. He did a very thorough job and prices were very reasonable. I am very happy that I found John and would highly recommend him for appliance installation, repair or other handyman work."

"Chris knew the model's issues and how to test it. He recommended doing a test and if it showed no error code, getting an appointment for a low-cost repair. If the test showed an error code the repair cost would be about the cost of a new washer, and he recommended buying a new washer. Got an error code and bought a new washer. Appreciate his knowledge and recommending what was in the customer's best interest."
