"Fixed my gas Range. Now we have a oven to cook our Turkey 🦃"

"Great customer service. Professional and thorough. Even though my washer couldn't be repaired (transmission), Jessie offered some options for replacement brands/models within my budget and needs. I will definitely contact JDR for future appliance repairs/service."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Cristian is a conscience man, even did a little extra repair on my stove, will recommend him to anyone who asks me if I know an appliance repair service!"

"Tim was very friendly and respectful. He found what was wrong with our dryer very quickly. He told us that the part might not be in stock and that it may take a couple of days to get the part and get it installed. But to our surprise Tim called us the very next day, to let us know that he had the part and that he could get installed that day. My wife and I were so happy to get our dryer back up and running. We will most definitely use Blue Orca Repair again for our appliance repairs."

"Dmitri responded to my text requesting service within five minutes. He said that he would come to my house the next day, between 12:00 and 2:00 PM. He arrived at 11:45 AM. He diagnosed my non functioning oven and broiler to be a faulty igniter. He had a replacement in his vehicle. Since he had repaired the oven so quickly, I asked Dmitri to repair the water dispenser in my fridge. He is very knowledgeable and his pricing is very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him."

"Tarpy was recommended to me by an electrical contractor I trust. Scott spent the time needed to go over all options for repairing or replacing my old system. I decided to go with a full replacement, and to install new mini-split systems throughout the house. Bowen did a great job working through some tough challenges to work the cleanest install possible. We needed to make a few changes to the install plan along the way and, to his credit, the owner, Broc, stepped up and worked out a fair way to get the job done and done right. Jessica was patient and thorough with the followup paperwork. All in all, a great team, I highly recommend Tarpy, they're an honorable team that delivers on what they promise to do."
