He noted a small leak on the water heater, and after we discussed the age of the water heater, I had him replace the hot water heater and an older valve on the water meter. He completed everything in a shorter time than I expected. Before he left, showed me the controls on the new water heater and how to re-light the pilot if it ever went out. Jon was friendly, professional, and explained exactly what was needed. After he replaced the damaged pipes, the area where the pipes were was simplified, neater, and easier to access than it had been before. Although I did not plan on having all this work done now, I was confident in his assessment (he had done a previous big plumbing job for me) and I am sure this preventive maintenance headed off a future problem."
