"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"My experience with Big Bill’s appliance repair was beyond my expectations. I don’t know of any other way to put it other than Angie was simply amazing!!!! After a horrible experience with a different local appliance repair company that left me high and dry with a totally disassembled dryer Angie came to the rescue! Within 30 minutes of arriving she had replaced the part, in my dryer was working perfectly! I highly recommend Big Bill’s appliance repair For all of your appliance repair needs! She has a customer for life with me!"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"It was a nightmare! The wallpaper in the bathrooms was not removed, it was painted over. Walls throughout the house were not sanded. There are bumps and dimples throughout the house."

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Paul came to diagnose the problem and he charged a 60.00 cash only service fee. He told me that it was a valve that needed to be replaced and it would cost 160.00$ cash! I gave him the go ahead. He came back a couple of days later and replaced the part. It was not working after the part was replaced. He told me to run 3 gallons of water through to get the air out. I did everything he told me to do and it still does not work properly. He told me to let him know if it didn’t start working that he would give me a refund. I have texted him many times, and given him many opportunities to return the money. He still hasn’t returned the money. Very disappointed! I would not recommend his services."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
