Once we sorted that out it was smooth sailing. They were able to send somebody out the same day to determine the cause of my ceiling fan not working. Alex came and determined very quickly that it was the transmitter in the fan, he suggested that we install an in-wall fan control which we agreed to. Alex was competent, courteous and tidy..
