"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"I sent a message via Angies List to a group of potential service companies and got an almost immediate response from Keith. After talking over the phone he indicated what the issue might be and asked me to send him photos of the problem to his cell phone so he could confirm. He explained that the issue was a quick fix to put a retaining bracket in place but that there may be other underlying issues that would need to be addressed which they would only know once they came out to the house to look at the problem. I set up an appointment with Jason for the following day and he texted me when he was en route and arrived right on time. He confirmed the problem and said he could fix it, then gave me some other issues that I should consider. I liked the fact that he was fine with just doing the basic fix and there was no pressure to do the extra work, just recommendations. I decided to resolve the issues properly and spent the extra money to replace some quite old springs and end pieces. Everything works great now. Jason was very professional and personable and a quick worker, I would definitely hire again."

"Choosing Mr Window to replace all of my windows and doors has turned out to be one of the biggest regrets I've ever had. As stated in other reviews, Ryan the salesman is done with you the minute you sign a contract. Pony, who is a so called manager is a weak, condescendingly rude person who is great at excuses and poor at follow through. What was suppose to be a simple 2 day project has turned into weeks with no completion or resolution in sight. When I first signed onto this project I was going to pay cash. Something in my head kept telling me to use the finance offer so I had the finance company on my side should something go wrong and then just pay it off when everything was done correctly. Best decision ever, because things went wrong fast and the finance company is on top of it. Mr Window lied to the finance company by claiming the job was 100% done only an hour after arriving to my home. They then claimed that I am just a difficult customer looking to get something for free, which I'm not. I've not asked for anything except for what I ordered and paid for. Every person that I have talked to at Mr Window has different excuses, but always sheds one more ray of light on the true picture. The one door that they have repeatedly claimed was on back order, was actually never ordered. (Thanks for that information Brittany!) now it's expected arrival isn't for another month. When considering windows, doors or any other project, please steer as far away from Mr Window as possible."
