"Austin Alexejun and his crew were great. My Dock was damaged and my boat lift was underwater from the last hurricane, and it all needed to be hauled out and replaced with new. These guys showed up and got the job done! They brought in a barge, replaced 9 pilings, rebuilt most of the dock, brought in a new boat lift and installed it. They were experienced and professional, and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the work they did, it was quick, reasonably priced, and they always cleaned up afterwards. "Reliability distinguishes the best contractors from the rest. This was never in doubt with Jay in spite of two unavoidable issues that arose prior to installation. Both were handled perfectly with excellent communication. I don’t know what is typical but the sod from Jay’s supplier seems very clean to me. A month after installation I’ve seen only 3 or 4 small weed sprouts from 6,000 sq. ft. of sod. Owing to outstanding site preparation there’s also been almost no breakthrough of preexisting weeds."

He was extremely responsive to our request and gave us multiple options to complete within a two-three day time frame. He mentioned the high and low price proposal and explained he would not know until he was able to survey. We thought that would mean we would be paying the high price. We were extremely pleasantly surprised. His men were out exactly on time and with the proper equipment. They also brought out extra gear just in case. "We've lived in our house for 20 years, and the grass in our back yard was dead from dogs and rabbits. I found Just Sod on Yelp, and left a message for Justin on Wednesday afternoon at 3:00. He called me at 6:00 that evening, arrived by 6:30, and sent me an estimate by 9:00 the same night. The work was originally scheduled for Saturday (2 days later), but had to be rescheduled for the following Thursday due to snow. They came on Thursday promptly at 8:00, installed sod on two terraces, 4-5 tons of rock around our patio, a Breeze pathway, and a temporary fence to keep our dog off the sod. They were very organized, finished by 5:00, and cleaned up when they were done. They did everything we expected them to do, and everything looks great. I will also add here that my husband is a general contractor with high expectations. Jason and the Just Sod crew met his expectations, and we are both very happy with the quality of their work."

"Eric went over the details with me several times to include any changes that I wanted. Eric and Justin dug up and rearranged plants on the side of my house and removed plants and trees in the front with a beautiful collection of low lying shrubs and flowers. They also dug a ditch and laid pipe from the back of the yard to the front to drain at the end of the property. They worked tirelessly in the heat for over 3 days until the job was complete and looked perfect. I love what they did and would recommend this company to anyone!"
