I only have one complaint in that when they added gutter, gutter covers, new soffit, they did NOT replace the old UGLY face plate, and for the cost, that is disappointing. This shouldn t have even been questioned. And when asked the installer said that because it wasn t unusable, it was put back up, and it could be painted. Despite the fact that it has holes in it and doesn t match the NEW faceplate it connects to. It s ugly. Yet, the installers were professional, efficient and timely.
