"We hired Carl Hans Seitz, LLC for popcorn ceiling removal for our home which is approximately 2800 sq. ft. under air. They also painted and retextured the ceilings. We were extremely happy with Carl's company and their work which went over and above our expectations. They performed their job working around myself and 5 little, very senior dogs (which I tried to do my best to keep out of their way) and did it with a smile and were very conscientious regarding our safety and comfort and overall very pleasant experience! He did the removal of old, damaged ceiling really quickly and was careful to keep it sealed in plastic bags for removal. He moved up the appointment by 4 days, which I appreciated. The replacement of new ceiling went very well and he made sure that the ceiling was finished with the same orange peel effect. Job well done. Hard worker, very courteous."

"O'Brien's drywall removed popcorn finish off a garage ceiling, repaired the tape lines and drywall sagging, and applied new texture. They did an excellent job on the drywall repair and finish. there was some drywall mud splattered on the walls and floor. they cleaned up, but it was dark, rainy and gloomy at the time and some material was missed in the clean up. Not enough mess to call them back. I appreciated that they started the job on a Sunday as they knew we needed the job done ASAP. I would recommend them for any drywall work."
