JS did not charge extra for the premium product either. 10 estimates: John Scott was the lowest, the second closest came in $600 more. The scheduler kept me in the loop for each step of the project; the tear off team and installation team cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day of work. It was particularly impressive to watch the installation team sit on the curb across from the house at the end of their first day of installation and admire their work. "I worked with Dave Racer to get my roof replaced. I went from shingle to metal. Dave was there every step of the way. Responsive via email/text/call whenever I needed him. Their showroom located in central Cape Coral was perfect for me to be able to go see the different styles and colors of metal in-person. The roof was installed on time, at the agreed amount, and passed inspections the first time without issue. I was able to make a couple of modifications to what I wanted without a problem. Three crews worked on the roof (tearoff, install, and fascia/gutters). All three were super respectful, clean, and nice to my overly-curious kids. The lawn and drivway were clear of debris / nails / tools every day before they left. I could not recommend Roman Roofing or Dave Racer more and I love my new standing-seam black metal roof."
