"I normally don't call for help. I am the type of person who would try to fix things myself before I seek for help. Almost a month ago when my old tankless water heater kept giving me error code and with no hot water. I tried two weeks of either fixing it by watching Youtube or have other plumbers come over to take a look at the issue. None of them were able to help me resolve my tankless water issue. After 2 weeks of no hot water, I decided to give HomeAdvisor and Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter a try. Aaron came over the next day and point out the issues with my old water heater and suggested me to replace a new water heater with dedicated gas line. After 2 weeks of no hot water and researching issues that might happen to tankless hot water, I was convince what Aaron suggested. Aaron was very thorough and professional about the entire installation process. After the installation, there was error from the new tankless water heater. Aaron came out immediate to help resolve the issue. After countless hours of debugging and process of elimination with the technical support person from the water heater manufacturer, the issue was finally resolved due to a defect ignition rod from the manufacturer. "I met Gert when we hired him to replace our Tankless water heater. I was so impressed with is knowledge and concern to make sure the installation was neat and clean. The piping is literally a work of art. We met with Gert and Sergio to discuss the next phase. They removed all the galvanized pipe and installed 3/4" copper with a true hot water recirculating line for Tankless recirculating pump. Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. Gert, Sergio and the whole crew have something you do not see that often anymore. That's integrity and concern for their customer. Also very conscientious of keeping our home clean."
