"I had a Klimaire 36,000 BTU Split-type Heater/Air Conditioner installed by Jake Prevost and an electrician. They did an awesome job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation also included electrical wiring from the fuse box to the unit, along with electric wire guard covers. The unit worked perfectly by the time they were done. I was also very surprised that they cleaned up the entire area and removed all of the trash and large boxes that came with the inside and outside unit. Highly recommended!"

"We can't speak about rate of value since we never received an itemized estimate or invoice upon our request. Everthyhing completed was excellent and he was very personalbe, we joked around and talked about many funny storeies all in good humor. Never took anything personal, however we paid cash and the next time he was to arrive to finish somthings we hired to be done were not completed and he was a no call/no show for additional projects. We requested an itemized statement, receipts and our personal credit card we gave him to purchase items needed for repairs.. We are truly concerned about him and he has not responded to texts or phone calls. We wou;d still like to finish our project, but with an explanation as to why he left. We wish him the best of luck, but are still confused about this depature especially after we gave him his first good review and then paid cash, plus daily tips for he and crew. We also kept them with drinks and food and they had free run of our home. What a gem to lose, but we still need an explanation and the itemized estimate/invoice and credit card returned."

"Jeff and Jeremy are THE BEST! They gave me a heads up they were on the way (always appreciated), and showed up shortly after. From Jeffâ s decades of plumbing experience, he correctly diagnosed the toilet problem just from the videos I sent him ahead of time. He and Jeremy went right to work, and within under an hour and a half (including the time he had to leave to get fixtures at a local hardware store and return) he repaired two toilets, a tub/shower faucet diverter and diagnosed a problem with another tub/shower faucet (cold water supply issue). Both Jeff and Jeremy are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I believe that for the work he did, the charges were very reasonable. "Winston responded quickly to my purchase of online deals and came out within 2 days to do the repairs.  Called before arriving, which was appreciated.  Replaced the two outside faucets and then fixed the kitchen water feed line valve as well - he didn't know about my request to fix this until he arrived, but he said it was no problem and fixed it for me.  He and his assistant were both very pleasant and efficient and I enjoyed having them do the work.
