"Fine. I called Admir yesterday and he promptly replied. He is highly responsive and arrived this morning to do the job. I already had the parts so he re-installed-- as best as could be done considering he was swinging a hammer 20 feet in the air. He was here for 15 minutes. When it came time to pay, he asked what I thought was right. Considering the truck trip, ladder use and installation, I paid him $80 which he seemed pleased to receive. He is extremely hardworking and conscientious and I would hire him again. He previously pressure washed my shed, did an excellent job and for a fair price."

"Was originally told that a technician would be able to come to my house the same day I called and would be able to repair the window. So, I rushed home from work. The technicians came at the time they were supposed to but all they did was measure the window dimensions and then they left. Told me they would not be able to fix the window, they'd need to order a new one and replace it due to the type of window. I was told I'd get a quote later that day and didn't get a quote for the window replacement until two days later. <br /> Despite the rocky start, I got quotes from other places and Amazinglass price was on-par with others and I decided to go with them. Their responses from then on out were timely. On the day of the service, technicians were punctual and very friendly. Work was done well, completed quickly and the place was neat when they left. I felt terrible that there was a small (vacant) hornet nest by the window on the exterior that we had forgotten to take care of earlier. They knocked it down and never even mentioned it to me.
