"What we hired him for our office: He built a wall where there was a passthrough; closed up two windows in adjoining half walls. He retexturized all this work. Everyone who has seen this new wall (including our painters) have said it's the best drywall work they've seen - that you wouldn't have known it used to be a pathway. Two bathrooms: he demo'd, relit, retiled, installed vanity, bathroom lights, shower tile, etc. Cleaniless wise: I never saw an errant spray of grout or caulk. The crew cleaned up after themselves daily. They laid down tarps and other things to protect the furniture an their path. Communication wise: Chad and his crew showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and kept me updated on the projects. Collaboration wise: Chad was a great sounding board for alternative tile or materials that helped me keep costs down. We bought a pre-owned home and most of the rooms already had crown molding, but we decided to have the remainder of the house finished as well.  To begin with we had crown molding installed, painted and caulked in two rooms - the office and the guest bedroom.  I am a perfectionist and we could not be more pleased.  Dana and his staff are very professional.  They exceed  expectations.  Lindsey is great from the initial appointment until the job is complete.  And Cassie is an artist in her field.  They want the customer to be completely happy with the job.  We are scheduling them to come out again after the first of the year to complete a difficult job in the master bathroom.  We highly recommend I Crown Homes for your crown molding projects.

We also are taking this opportunity to rescind our review of last May, after a number of unfortunate issues resulted in our canceling this crown molding project and getting our money refunded.  This fall we decided to try it again, and we are certainly glad we did!

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
