"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Mr. Tortosa was professional and always punctual. He did an excellent job, always staying on schedule and communicating if any questions or concerns arose. In addition to the above work, he acted as oversight for another ongoing renovation, furthering concerns and questions as needed. I would have no hesitation in calling on him again, and would highly recommend his work."

"Jose gave us some background on icemakers, how long they last and how often they need repairs. He suggested we empty it more often to avoid clumping instead of installing a new icemaker right away. We're following his advice and will call him back if we need a new one."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"This was a new setup. It was tied into my air conditioner. The service man told me exactly what he was going to do. And how much it was going to cost. There was some changes I wanted to make and that was OK. They were very easy to work with. Easy to get a hold of. And the service man returned my phone calls very quickly. I would definitely use and recommend them."
