"I have worked with this plumbing company for more than 20 years on multiple residential and commercial projects. Over that time, they have consistently provided knowledgeable service, fair pricing, quality workmanship, and reliable scheduling. They show up when they say they will, communicate well, keep the job site clean, and stand behind their work. In an industry where that level of consistency is hard to find, they continue to deliver. Whether it’s a small repair, a renovation, or a larger project, I have always found their expertise and professionalism to be top-notch. I would hire them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable plumbing contractor."

"The telephone quote quote was $125 for the first hour + parts. I provided the parts. On Thurs., the job took appprox. 15 min. to stop a long running toilet tank. With extra time left on the quote, I asked the technician to take a look at a bathroom faucet issue with carbonated fizz-looking water during the first few seconds. I was told that I could get SOMEONE to follow certain steps to remove a type of filter from the faucet, and where to take it to for a replacement part and reassemble it (!). I had one other issue with that same toilet. I called first thing Sat. am. A voicemail announced that "no one is available to take " the call, call back another time. I did not realize that SPR Plumbing does not answer the phone or do weekend calls."
