"I experienced a water leak in my home due to a cracked water hose that damaged the flooring and walls in 4 different rooms. After having another company handle mitigation, I contacted Carlos about painting partial walls and using some of my existing flooring that I've had since the initial job 7 years ago, as well as some new carpet and vinyl planks. I knew before contacting him that it is much harder to match existing paint and flooring than doing it all new. I'm beyond happy with all the work and results performed by Carlos and crew. He had a highly skilled crew for each of the 3 different jobs (paint, vinyl, carpet). The color matching exceeded my expectations. I can't see any paint difference in any of the rooms even though they did not paint full walls. I did need new carpet for a walk-in closet, and the match is so close to the existing that it certainly doesn't bother me at all. Because of his mistakes, the workers could not finish the job, and we had to stop the installation and wait until the remaining items were ordered. On top of that, he ordered the wrong materials, which caused even more delays and problems. We were also informed that there was a promotion and that we would receive a free hotel stay or a 6 day cruise. We were told that we would receive a call the day after the installation to get the offer. It has now been over two weeks, and we have not received any calls or follow up. At this point, this feels like a scam. The company does not follow through on anything they promise or say. This experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company. "
