Luis holds a General Contractor license, Home improvement license, alongside with other licenses. He has an electrical company and has been supervising construction sites for years now. Rony Mendez, also has an Electrical License with multiple other licenses and has a Security Systems company. He has been supervising construction sites alongside with Luis for years. They have been working together for so long that they do not only consider each other business partners but also family. American Precision was founded by Estenio Lima and Sara Yoffe. Estenio is a licensed construction supervisor and skilled master carpenter who has built, renovated, and restored some of the most beautiful homes in Massachusetts. Sara, the daughter of a contractor, is a lawyer by training and holds both a construction supervisor and real estate broker license. She began her career in real estate and construction in 2018, first by focusing on her family’s portfolio of properties. Sara manages over 150 homes and apartments in Cambridge, Charlestown, and Quincy. Estenio and Sara began collaborating in 2018, developing properties for APD's sister company, Cambridge Prime, and started American Precision in 2021. American Precision specializes in renovation and restoration of existing properties to fit the needs of both homeowners and developers.
