"Would highly recommend par holdings to anyone that needs electrical work done. They handled everything from the permit to calling the town inspector. Dennis sr and Dennis Jr were both wonderful to deal with. Had the work done on time, on budget, and no stress. I highly recommend their company for anything that you might need."

"They installed my front door and fixed my bedroom door after the disaster I made with the frame. They also installed my gas stove when the company I bought it from wouldn’t install it. Very friendly guys and their work is literally perfection."

"Joseph Polouski was an absolutely fabulous hire for my electrical needs. In examining the outlet that was out, it was determined that we needed an upgrade to our entire electrical system along with installing some new outlets. Joseph was able to come back the very next day and complete all the work needed. He was organized and efficient, and we were only without power for a short period of time. I would definitely recommend Joseph and his company for any electrical needs."

"Roland was professional and successfully installed the wrought iron railing inside our front door area. He reviewed various installation options with safety being a key component so the railing would be strongly anchored to the wall. He did not waste time and cleaned up thoroughly after. Would DEFINITELY use Roland again and highly recommend him."

"The workman came over, assessed the problem, correctly diagnosed the long-term fix (replace the whole idiotic mess) and in the meantime managed to develop a short-term fix good enough to ensure we can wait till the weather's a bit more pleasant before we have to pull the mess out again. Indeed, that door is more secure than it's ever been since we bought the place. It's lovely...as is knowing what the plan is to replace the bad work more completely.
He was pleasant, capable, good natured, prompt: everything you want in a workman. Will definitely use him again.

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in Saunderstown, RI

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
