"I don't normally leave reviews (good or bad), but I had to comment on my experience with Casey's. From the phone call to the appointment with Casey himself, everything was exceptional. The knowledge and customer service on the phone from Valerie was probably the best I've ever received on a first call. She was able to give advice to put my mind at ease with the concerns I had and when I mentioned there was an odd smell coming from the heat she went out of her way to schedule me the very next day knowing that the cold weather was coming and this appointment was needed to go ahead with a new furnace install (and knowing I had a 6-month old at home). When Casey showed up he was extremely professional and I could tell he was concerned about my issues and wanted to make sure they were either fixed right there, or I knew exactly what needed to be done to fix them. Not only that, but one of my fireplaces is gas which I was not too familiar with how to turn on, without me even asking he made sure it turned on correctly and then walked me thru the steps to turn it on safely. He also gave me a "Homeowner's Guide to Chimneys and Fireplaces", again not something he needed to do. All of this on top of his guy Anthony (also very professional) finding a small issue I was not aware of on the chimney itself which they went ahead and fixed for me free of charge since the flues did not need cleaning. The main reason they came was to confirm if I need a chimney liner for the hot water heater since I am switching to high efficiency heat. Normally, I would be wary that whoever came would just say I need one to get the business even if I didn't, but I am confident that Casey is honest and would only say I need one if I absolutely do. I wish Casey's did more than just chimneys/fireplaces because I would hire them for the job every time."

"After receiving an estimate from the company owner (Michael) I asked him to order the stove for me and install it. He warned me that it could take a week or more to get the stove. (It actually took about 10 days.) Since the office is a one-man show, communication involves a lot of messages back and forth, but he does use email as well. He generally reponds within 12-24 hours. When you do get Michael on the phone you have his undivided attention.  <br /> <br /> The installation was one of the more pleasant experiences I've had, dealing with workmen in my house. They were cheerful, knowledgeable guys who truly seem to enjoy what they do. They answered every question patiently and in detail. While they worked efficiently, they did not rush. Once the stove insert was installed in the fireplace, they gave us a lesson in lighting and maintaining the fire, since the rules are a bit different than with a masonry fireplace. They got a fire going and made sure everything worked before leaving. The invoice was exactly the same as the estimate. <br /> <br /> This was an expense that I did not anticipate to have to make this season. However, repairing the flue tile was not an option (because of its location), and a new liner was going to be close to $2000. For another $1100, I have an alternative heat source and a fireplace that really works. I've only had the fireplace insert for a few days, but I am so far very pleased. <br />"

He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. "After contacting Above All Roofing I was quickly notified by Cyle. He was very polite, professional and courteous. We agreed on a time that worked best for me and he showed up exactly when he said he would! After inspecting the roof it was determined that the missing flashing from my chimney was most likely the culprit. Within a day or 2 I was emailed a quote to fix the flashing and also a full roof replacement quote. I decided to go with the full roof replacement. Once again I contacted Cyle and he set up an appointment to meet and was once again there when he said he would be. Once the contract was signed a day was set up for installation. The crew that showed up was awesome! Chris, Cyle and the rest of the crew showed up early and did not stop at all! It was a very smooth and seamless process and any additional work that needed to be done was communicated to me. I was extremely impressed with the whole process from beginning to end. "After reading the positive reviews of Robinson Roofing, I contacted them and left a phone message. I received a return phone call the next day from Dennis Robinson, Sr and made arrangements for an inspection and estimate the next morning. Dennis, Jr. and his crew arrived on time and carefully inspected the leaking area, the dormer, and the whole roof. They were polite, friendly, and clearly experienced - I felt very confident of their ability. They discovered extensive dry rot in the dormer requiring repairing the dormer, re-shingling the dormer, and doing whatever needed to be done to make the roof watertight (sorry, can't recall the technical terms!). <br /> Dennies, Sr telephoned me with a quote of $1700, and the next day personally delivered a written copy of the quote. We arranged to have the job done the following week. <br /> The crew of 4 men arrived at 8:30 and worked until 3:30, getting the bulk of the job completed. They returned the next morning for a few more hours to finish the job. They cleaned every last bit of debris from my driveway and took care to not disturb plants that I had growing by the house. The dormer looks great and, after several heavy rains, has proven to be watertight. I am very pleased with the workmanship, the professionalism, and friendliness. I highly recommend this company! <br />"

"Very professional servicing.  We've had trouble with the draw since an insert was put in the fireplace (a second floor had been added years ago and the chimney wasn't raised sufficiently).  The new clue isn't beautiful but it is functional and the wood stove insert works much better now.  They'll be returning for an annual cleaning in a few weeks. <br />"
