"Fabulous new cabinets!  I chose Randy after meeting with many painters, but none of them had his knowledge or expertise.  He immediately gave me some options and walked me thru all the steps of how they paint the cabinets for the best results.  I wanted a light gray but he convinced me Swiss Coffee would give me that new feeling and make my kitchen and bathrooms appear much bigger.  He was right it was amazing the transformation! My kitchen looks huge and new now!  My twins who are 3 said Mommy we have a New Home



Randy and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in four days.  They covered everything in my garage, kitchen and bathrooms before they started.  They left my garage cleaner than when they arrived!  They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.  Randy had clear communication throughout the project.  The price was reasonable since it was a ton of work to take all the cabinets down, sand, prime and do two coats of paint via spraying.  I can barely see any grain lines at all in my old oak cabinets!  Thank you Randy and team for making my kitchen feel like new again!

"William has completed many projects for me over the last few years, both at my primary residence as well as at my rental properties. He has also done numerous projects for my aging parents and my aunt. Like all of us, I have hired more vendors than I can count that have been disappointing on pretty much every level - some of whom I almost think I need therapy to get over. William is honestly a breath of fresh air. He shows up when he says he will, does the job efficiently and effectively, and is truly easy to work with. I am a single 49 year old woman, and I always feel extremely comfortable working with William (he literally has my house key). Many of us have had those experiences with vendors where we feel like we are either being talked down to or pushed around. As a woman I have often felt that my projects have been routinely waylaid from having to fight with toxic masculinity for zero reason; William is absolutely the opposite of those experiences and is always respectful and pleasant to be around. I routinely joke that there have been two men who have been able to say no to me in life, and to whom I will actually listen; William is one of those two. He has saved me serious amounts of money by pretty much refusing to do work that was not going to make financial sense or simply wasn't going to end up the way I envisioned it. I have never once regretted taking his advice and at this point often just ask him what he thinks will work best and then run with that. My only regret is not hiring him more frequently in the past and having had to suffer through so many other vendors and disastrous projects."

"MDL Painting scores my highest satisfaction rating. When we called MDL for an estimate to paint our house, Marvin was very honest with his assessment -- he noted that the condition of the existing paint was still good and the only reason to paint the entire house was if we wanted to change the color. Because we wanted the same color, Marvin pointed out areas that needed reconditioning or repair such as wear from sun exposure, cracks, moisture and other damage. He matched the color perfectly and the house looks great! We appreciate that his evaluation saved us a lot of money when others might have just went ahead and charged more.

MDL also re-painted our kitchen cabinets. Many of the doors were misaligned so he took the extra time to insure that the fit and trim of all doors was perfect. The look of the kitchen improved dramatically.

Additionally, the entire crew was punctual, courteous, detailed and very hard working. Marvin encouraged communication and always kept uf informed of his schedule.

To add to their professionalism, Marvin and the crew came back a couple of weeks after the job was done to check if there were any missed spots or cracks -- and corrected these on the spot. We would definitely work with MDL in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for good value and expertise."
